Christine Lucian is a municipal property tax assessor with over 15 years experience who decided to begin educating professionals in order to protect and guide consumers. She established The Property Tax Academy in fall of 2023 and to date has helped over 1,300 professionals navigate the complexities of property tax in Michigan. Her passion for pouring knowledge into others and her concern for consumers has driven her to lead with empathy and education. Her motto is “people over profit”, and she stands by that fiercely by having the courage to continue to bring awareness to a complex subject that affects all Michigan property owners. When she isn’t teaching industry professionals, she is assisting property owners in property tax solutions to ensure financial fairness for all.
