We started Affinity with a simple mission: to take care of our clients. We believe that there is no greater calling than caring for others, and we’ve built our business on that belief. Affinity provides Skilled Home Health Care & Private Duty Home Care. Our founder, Dr. Jerry Zayid, was inspired by his lifelong passion for healthcare (he is a practicing podiatrist in Southeast Michigan for over 40 years) and his desire to take care of others. That’s why he founded Affinity Home Care Agency in 2006—to serve seniors like himself who needed help taking care of their homes and loved ones. We also know that the healthcare industry is constantly evolving—and we’re here to adapt with it. So, to better meet our client’s needs, Chris Zayid, Founder of Affinity Senior Care branch in 2012 with a goal of further serving members of the community over age 55. Since then, we’ve been providing clients with exceptional care in all capacities: from home health aides to live-in caregivers, from nurse practitioners to commute partners. We are committed to helping our clients stay healthy and happy in their own homes as long as possible. At Affinity, we pride ourselves on offering compassionate, quality care in any capacity you or your loved one may need. We work together with local doctors’ offices and hospitals in Michigan to provide optimal care for seniors in the community. All our employees are held to a high standard in their training and their love for their work—ensuring each client is treated with the utmost care and respect.
